Client Background & Role Summary:

Our client, PLC and one of the top banking/FSI solutions provider in APAC is looking for a Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of the project implementation to meet customer’s specifications, project schedules, financial goals, and quality standards.
• Develop project implementation plans for e-business application systems.
• Manage resources and schedule.
• Manage overall project implementation and the key contact between the organisation and the customers.
• Ensure that projects are professionally implemented and completed efficiently without compromising the quality.
• Lead regular project reviews with the customers.
• Ensure that payment schedules are met.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Participate in business development opportunities, including presentation and proposal writing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management of application systems and systems integration.
• Strong organisational and leadership qualities.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project management skills and good knowledge of project management lifecycle.
• Good planning skills with attention to details, organised and resourceful.
• Outstanding skills in writing, presentation and needs analysis, strong orientation towards people.
• Be goal-oriented, innovative, self-motivated and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Ability to drive customer requirements in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to balance technology and business needs, and managing occasional conflicts.
• Good understanding of technology, and Internet savvy.
