Goh Wai Ling
Director
Wai Ling is responsible for the management of the business and conducts senior executive management and director's level executive search work for clients. She has placed many C-level senior executives for multinationals, public listed companies and local conglomerates. Her experience includes 22 years in Executive Search and 10 years in Consulting. She began her career working for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Coopers & Lybrand NZ and PA Consulting Group. She has a double degree in Business Administration and MIS from Baylor University, USA.
Daesi Loh
Managing Consultant
Daesi has more than 13 years of experience in the Human Resource & Executive Search Recruitment industry serving prestigious clients comprising multinationals and conglomerates. She has placed Mid to Senior level positions in the region for industries such as Technology, Energy, Oils, Manufacturing, Property and Consulting. She has an Honours Degree in Biotechnology from Monash University.
Karen Chan
Managing Consultant
Karen has 22 years’ experience in the Human Resources profession, and has been a HR leader for multinationals such as Environmental Resources Management, Cisco, Nielsen and Dell. She is experienced in international and regional recruitment and C-level placements. She has a BBA (Hons) from University of Hertfordshire.

Mike brings over 22 years of expertise in Talent Acquisition and Development across diverse industries. As a Certified Professional Trainer from IPMA UK, he has served as a trusted advisor to senior management teams while recruiting top talents internationally. The author of One World, One Workplace: Building Positive Cultural Affinity for Global Success, he champions inclusive workplace cultures that attract and retain global talent. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science from USM, Penang.

Anita comes with more than 30 years of experience in Administrative, Secretarial and Office Management work in Technology, Oil & Gas, Retail and Hospitality industries. She currently manages the daily operations of the company, while also providing administrative and research support to the consultants and director.
