Wai Ling is responsible for business development, end-to-end search and selection exercises for clients including placing candidates at the mid-level to senior level management team. She has placed many C-level senior executives for multinationals, public listed companies and local conglomerates. Her experience includes 18 years in Executive Search and 10 years in Consulting. She began her career working for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Coopers & Lybrand NZ and PA Consulting Group. She has a double degree in Business Administration and MIS from Baylor University, USA.
Jesse brings with him 20 years of corporate experience in Sales & Marketing and Recruitment. At 21, he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in MIS and Economics in USA. He has worked for technology giants like Digital, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Dell and Unilever. He is experienced in international and cross-industry recruitment, particularly mid-management to C-level placements executive in the FMCG, Manufacturing, Automotive, Building Materials, Software sectors.
Daesi has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resource & Executive Search Recruitment industry serving prestigious clients comprising multinationals and conglomerates. She has placed Mid to Senior level positions locally and regionally for industries such as Energy, Oils and Consulting. She also manages the operation of the company. She has an Honours Degree in the Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology) from Monash University.
Cindy has about 3 years of experience in recruitment for IT, telecommunication and digital professionals; and prior 15 years of experience as Account Manager, Presales and Project Manager with leading IT solution providers. She is a Computer Studies graduate from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.
Chermae is a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree holder in Psychology from Sultan Idris Education University. She is responsible for Human Resource Research, Support and Marketing.
