Main Responsibilities:
- The 5G Practice Head role is a techno- commercial role focused on driving the strategy to ensure we have the right operating model to succeed in rapidly building a business from the 5G Enterprise opportunity including sales capabilities, technology platforms and commercial strategy.
- The job holder should have a successful record of advising enterprise customers through transformative projects and towards the adoption of new innovative services.
- The Enterprise Practice team addresses customer opportunities across the entire ICT stack, leveraging our internal experience and strengths where relevant. Powered by the depth of our mobile network expertise and track record for network quality, our’ 5G Practice aims to lead the way for customers to realise the benefits of 5G technology in the Malaysian market.
- The Head of 5G IoT Practice is a senior role with the mandate to build the practice and be the defacto subject matter expert. You will shape the 5G & IoT B2B offering from the strategy to execution including the people, capabilities and partners are in place to make it a success. You will evangelise our business overarching 5G ambition both internally and to help our clients realise the potential of this offering for the business.
- You will be required to collaborate with cross functional teams to create and execute on a strategic 5G & IoT sales plan, inclusive of marketing, sales enablement etc.
- You will be responsible for driving 5G sales revenue in this practice building towards an aggressive growth plan. You will also steer the Enterprise Segment account teams & specialist sales teams to drive sales in this new area. You will oversee the health of the sales pipeline and business reviews strategic 5G customers. You will also ensure strategic partnerships realise benefits for us in the context of our ambitions.
- This function will also need to ensure collaboration across the entire organization to get the right solution delivered based upon customer needs both in terms of pain-points and expected outcomes – from solution design, product, technology to service delivery teams.
