Our client is one of the top software and solutions organisation that delivers high-end quality and state-of-the art solutions to various global industries. They are public listed and has solutions primarily in banking, insurance, and retail. They are looking for a Scrum Master cum Application Architect/Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of product development in building the next generation of Cloud native core banking platform in accelerating the move of banks into digital world with our e2e banking software platform.
  • You will be the Scrum master cum App architecture design for full stack team in building Core Banking microservices, Web & mobile Front end, Kubernetes Service, Kafka and Cloud deployment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years in Technology industry and 2 years of work experiences in related role (Scrum master or/and Application architecture design).
  • Experienced/exposure to Team Leadership/Management, and Agile Delivery Methodology.
  • Experienced in design or develop with Microservices, Springboot and/Or Web/Mobile Front-end is huge advantage.
  • Ensure that goals, timeline, scope and product domain understood by everyone in the squads.
  • Manage product and sprint backlog, work closely with product owner to manage and prioritize scope.
  • Guide and help delivery squad to embrace Agile & Development disciplines with DevOps tooling.
  • Manage and clear issues/impediments raised by squads.
  • Run daily standups, Sprints ceremony, Progress update and Reporting.
  • Certification in scrum master and Background in banking is an added advantage.
