Project Manager

Client Background & Role Summary:

Our client is one of the top software and solutions organisation that delivers high-end quality and state-of-the art solutions to various global industries. They are public listed and has solutions in banking, insurance, payment, retail, logistics and government sectors. They are looking for Project Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the overall waterfall and agile project and its deliverables.
• Manage the scope, time and resources in the of the project such that quality is not compromised.
• Organize, plan and track the project activities in conjunction of the stream of project activities, and ensure the delivery adheres to the Statement of Work.
• Supervise and manage project resource.
• Resolve project issues and control project scope.
• Manage project risk jointly with the Customer’s Project Manager. Ensure escalated risks are captured (logged) and risk mitigations are reviewed and agreed by all impacted parties.
• Ensure that project standards are complied.
• Review the work performed of the project team, including works for quality and consistency; conduct reviews to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines and proper sign-off of the project deliverables.
• Review deliverables for completeness and correctness.
• Control and monitor vendor  team (if applicable) of the project progress.
• Responsible for providing progress reports/input on project status, capturing of risks and issues.
• Adhere to Program Management guidelines and governance process.
