Client Background & Role Summary:
Our client is top manufacturing company in Malaysia. They are looking for an Assistant HSE Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Department.
- To advise top management pertaining legal requirement for safety, health and environment issue.
- Review, feedback to concern department pertaining the company’s safety site inspection, customer or internal audit and DOSH/ DOE audit findings.
- To cooperate with other department for HSE issues and control measure.
- As coordinator for plant firefighting and fire alarm system.
- Plan and execute the safety program to achieve company objective and target.
- Prepare HSE monthly monthly report to top management.
- Prepare HSE report during management review.
- Organize, manage and coordinate the company’s Bomba inhouse team.
- Shall comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by company or under OSHA 1994 or any regulation made thereunder
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering or related technical field.
- Registered SHO with DOSH.
- Must be Green book holder.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Team player with excellent leadership skills.
