Client Background & Role Summary:
Our client is an international multi-skilled solution provider providing digital enablement services to industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Education, etc. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for developing relationship with corporate clients with a focus on annuity-based services business.
- Develop and manage corporate clients and business partners.
- Responsible to promote and sell our product & services to the clients.
- Identify new customers and to meet / exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and grow existing Enterprise business relationships with clients / vendors.
- Drive professional and prompt service experience on all deliverables towards customers’ satisfaction.
- Capable in presentation, proposing solutions, preparing quotations and tender submission.
- Responsible on the payment collections from clients.
- Provide reports to superior with customers’ progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
- Follow-up on potential client’s project till sales handover to the Project Management team for implementation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or equivalent field.
- A good track record of sales.
- Result / goal-orientation and strong leadership skills.
- Confident and creative negotiation skills.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems or resolve issues.
- Ability to build and gain customers’ trust.
- Independent, dedicated with a strong passion for the job, and able to work on extended hours.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills with emphasis on teamwork.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to travel.
